Let's Talk: Evolution (Day 8 of Concordant Vibrancy book tour)

Image
Hello Awesome Visitors! This is Day 8 of the Concordant Vibrancy book tour. Today, Queen of Spades stops by to discuss how Evolution plays a part in survival. Greetings everyone. My name is Monica, professionally known in the writing community as Queen of Spades. On Day One of the Concordant Vibrancy book tour, you received an inside look at the think scape that prompted the project. Today, I am speaking as a contributor to the collection as I answer the following questions. What prompted you to be a part of the Concordant Vibrancy concept? For one, it would look a bit strange that the co-creator of  Concordant Vibrancy wouldn’t be a part of the undertaking. Moreover, I was curious as to what my imagination would conjure as answers to each theme question. Which Concordant Vibrancy books are you featured in? I am featured in all of the books.  Unity: “The Authentic Snap” Vitality: “Operation Restore” Lustrate: “Threes” Inferno: “The Calefaction of Insight” Extancy: “The Itine...

Let's Talk: Unity (Day 6 of the Concordant Vibrancy book tour)

Image
Hello Awesome Visitors! Welcome back! It is Day 6 of the Concordant Vibrancy book tour. Today, no other than my Hot Hubby in Literature, Adonis Mann, is center stage as he speaks on his participation in Concordant Vibrancy . Adonis, take it away! The Concordant Vibrancy Collection holds an exceptionally important space in my heart. Through this channel, Adonis Mann, the author was born. I will be eternally grateful for the doors it’s opened up for me. My story of joining the Concordant Vibrancy project is an interesting one. In 2014 I just recently signed my contract to become an All Authors Publishing House author. I was, as yet, inexperienced in the field and knew very little about anything other than I was now being represented by All Authors and I would have to complete the book I was working on very soon. One day I received an email asking if I would be interested in participating in the anthology project. I was delighted but there was one big issue … I wasn’t published yet. Bein...

Let's Talk: Felicity (Day 5 of Concordant Vibrancy book tour)

Image
Hello Awesome Visitors! Welcome to a special "Let's Talk Thursday". In case you were unaware, All Authors is in the midst of the "Concordant Vibrancy" book tour. Today's spotlight is on Da'Kharta Rising. She discusses her involvement in "Concordant Vibrancy" and shares an excerpt from her story "The Unmasking". What’s happening everyone? The Slightly Antisocial Socialite, also known as Da’Kharta Rising, here to talk about all things associated with Concordant Vibrancy . What prompted you to be a part of the Concordant Vibrancy concept? No lie. At first, it was all about the exposure. When I made my writing debut, I didn’t have too much under my belt, apart from a couple of free independent short stories: “Vocal Remedy” and “Simi’s Komma” (which later became extended into S.K.A.R.). Also, I was one-third of “The Collective”, so there were those three stories. As time went on, I became more invested in the theme questions and really tra...

Pleasure Prints Blog Tour: My Divergence by Guest Y. Correa

Image
Hello Awesome Visitors! Today on the Pleasure Prints Blog Tour, I have multi-genre author Y. Correa. Today she speaks on her divergence and how she got involved with the Divergent Ink concept. For a long time I thought that being different was something to be frowned upon. Then I created All Authors and through those means was able to connect with others who considered themselves different. Now, being different is something I revel in, and of course, condone. Please, by all means, be different! Different is GOOD! Truth be told there is more to it than meets the eye. Please permit me a moment of your time to tell you the short story of my divergence. Once upon a time, I was a kid growing up in the hood. Due to several family chemistry elements, I was not allowed to be who I truly was. And who I truly was, was vastly different from the ambiance that surrounded me. At a very young age I struggle with dyslexia that remained unaddressed for many years. But that ...

Pleasure Prints Blog Tour: Guest Queen of Spades

Image
Hello Awesome Visitors! The Pleasure Prints Blog Tour is still going strong. It is always a pleasure to have fellow writer Queen of Spades here for a visit. Today she talks about what it's like to be "unscripted". Let's have no delay. Dear Queen, take it away! Where is paradise? I am of the belief that one doesn’t have to travel to someplace warm in order to find paradise. Don’t get me wrong! I do like the feel of the warm sand under my toes, looking at the beauty of sky and water, and sipping a fruity drink as I soak up inspiration. Paradise eclipses the superficial. It seeps into the subcutaneous and has the ability to impact thought patterns as well as actions. With my contribution to Pleasure Prints , “Axana … Unscripted”, my goal was to tap into the action concept of paradise. Axana is a careful, do things by the book type character. She hit all of the checkpoints to have a productive life. Unfortunately, she needs more income in o...

The Consequential Absence (Pleasure Prints Blog Tour)

Image
Hello everyone! Let’s talk … transparency. Are the lows of life really an acceptable excuse when progress is at a standstill? Although I’m prone to believe there should be exceptions to every rule, others in the world do not share that same view. Most, in this day and age, tout that the show must go on. What happens when the entire “supposed” show ceases? Okay, no more code speak. Audience, you know that isn’t my style. One of the first tragedies I went through was the suppression, damn near deletion, of stimuli to continue with the whole Convoluted Prism development. The main factor influencing this was the loss of someone who was the driving force for the final book of the story. Unbeknownst to a lot of you, I tend to plot out my titles and summaries far in advance, with an outline of how I want things to go. No, Convoluted Prism , in and of itself, isn’t nonfiction, but traits of certain characters in parts were. My attitude became, “Why even continue with this?” ...

Pleasure Prints Blog Tour: Guest Da'Kharta Rising

Image
Hello Awesome Visitors! Thank you for joining me during the Pleasure Prints Blog Tour. Today, I am featuring a post by fellow participant and member of the All Authors Family, Da'Kharta Rising. Her contribution to Pleasure Prints is entitled Masato's Zion. I have invited Masato's Mom to come and speak about whatever she chooses to. Hello everyone. Normally I would be at work, but I was invited to come and speak. I’m not that well of a speaker. I’m not used to crowds much, so forgive me if I am awkward in this setting. I’m not sure what I’m supposed to say here. Should I talk about how the author made me so insignificant she couldn’t give me an actual name but merely my role in Masato’s life? Should I discuss how I was a mere eye blink while my husband took the majority of the stage? Should I lament on how this very presentation trickles into all areas of my life? Okay … here goes everything. I don’t like being handled in an insignificant ma...

Pleasure Prints Blog Tour: Guest Adonis Mann

Image
Hello Awesome Visitors! I am very happy that the Pleasure Prints Blog Tour is underway. The party is getting started with special guest, fellow author, and member of the All Authors Family, Adonis Mann. He is here to give us a "Behind the Scenes" glimpse of "Odyssey of Rhapsody", his contribution to the anthology. Odyssey of Rhapsody: Behind the Scenes There are method actors and, believe it or not, there are also method writers. The similarities between the two are the tools they use to portray the story. They both use their emotions as an emotional catalyst to give firmament and profundity to the tales they are attempting to tell. Such was the process when telling “Odyssey of Rhapsody”. Originating from a place of darkness and emanating the same, “Odyssey of Rhapsody” is a place where the potential ramifications of mental-illness become clear. Furthermore, it is a probable nirvana for the mentally ill pleading for solace. I, to be clear, a...

Let's Talk Thursdays: Episode 12

Image
Hello Awesome Visitors!  Let's talk for a minute.  I know it's been a while since I've been around but more on that in another episode.   Today I am playing hostess of sorts to up and coming author Aray Brown.  She is doing a cover reveal for her novella Next of Kin: Blood is Thicker Than Wate r.  Sorry to disappoint those who expected to finally find out what I looked like...lol. Before we see the cover, let's find out more about this talent! Born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, Aray Brown emerged as a bright eyed scribe at an early age, which began her journey to self discovery.  Her short stories consisted of characters such as She-ra and He-man. Later on she decided to delve into something more real and personal.  She always had a passion for storytelling even though she couldn’t express it verbally. After dabbling in other areas, she found her true calling and vowed to share her gift with the rest of the world...

Let's Talk Thursday: Special Guest C. Desert Rose

Image
Facebook much? Twitter Talk? Good Who...oh Reads? Website? In this episode of Let's Talk Thursday, I'm doing something a bit different.  One of my All Authors Publishing House sisters is here to reveal the cover of her upcoming novel, If Death Should Love Me (Book One of the Fate's Endeavor series).  Please give some happy claps, some sensual moans, and some squeals of pleasure to C. Desert Rose! BLURB: A dull roar, that's all I could hear. Souls, that's all I could see... So many people. Some good. Some bad. Some breathing. Some barely breathing. All souls. It was funny what you could see when you stood in the middle of the Emergency Room. Who survived. Who didn’t. All of them, every one, a soul. A soul for the taking. So begins your introduction to the floating, clustered world of souls that will have such influence on Sophia, the young Puerto Rican-American girl who has just lost her closest ally, her grandmother, "Abuela". It ...
