Let's Talk: Unity (Day 6 of the Concordant Vibrancy book tour)

Image
Hello Awesome Visitors! Welcome back! It is Day 6 of the Concordant Vibrancy book tour. Today, no other than my Hot Hubby in Literature, Adonis Mann, is center stage as he speaks on his participation in Concordant Vibrancy . Adonis, take it away! The Concordant Vibrancy Collection holds an exceptionally important space in my heart. Through this channel, Adonis Mann, the author was born. I will be eternally grateful for the doors it’s opened up for me. My story of joining the Concordant Vibrancy project is an interesting one. In 2014 I just recently signed my contract to become an All Authors Publishing House author. I was, as yet, inexperienced in the field and knew very little about anything other than I was now being represented by All Authors and I would have to complete the book I was working on very soon. One day I received an email asking if I would be interested in participating in the anthology project. I was delighted but there was one big issue … I wasn’t published yet. Bein...

Let's Talk: All Things New (Updated Simmer 1 and Brand New Release)

Image
Hello Awesome Visitors! Before the conclusion of Simmer: A Whimsical Liberation Presentation, I would like to extend special thanks to the following people: 1. To Adonis Mann, for his agreement to go on the Simmer train once again. 2. To All Authors Publishing House, for their phenomenal flexibility in taking on this impromptu project in the midst of the ones already in the works. 3. To all my supporters. Okay, that's it. Now let's get the show on the road with all of the exciting news. We at All Authors Publishing House have some exciting news to share. Firstly, the Wordsmith of Whimsical Oases, also known as Adonis Mann, has joined his ink with the liberated pen of Synful Desire to form the simmering duo called …  Speaking of “simmering”, that brings us to the second reason for our enthusiasm. Today is the fifth anniversary of when these two authors first combined their talents in Simmer: Smoothe and Sweet . To up the ante for this special event, All Authors Publishing House ...

Let's Talk: All Things Sensual & Smoothe (with Adonis Mann)

Image
Adonis Mann, here. To be quite candid, at first I had no idea what to write for this post. Then, Synful Desire said, “Well Donny, start at the beginning.” So, starting from the beginning … . It all started with Synful Desire and her desire to produce something desirable. Whether it was the understanding of each other’s art, or the kinship of writing, or even the genuineness of friendship, I could not tell. But, one day Ms. Desire asked me to co-author an erotic compilation. Five years hence, here we are today. Two installments in and one saga complete. Through bifurcate approaches, Desire and I traverse down an avenue of relationships and eroticism. Two tales that delineate the ups, downs, and all arounds of same-sex relationships … or any relationship for that matter. But I am getting ahead of myself. Today, I’ve come to speak on the birth and growth of my story, “Smoothe & Sensual”. Five years ago I wrote the first installment of this story which I titled, “Smoothe & Swe...

Let's Talk: Claret Conversations (featuring Ova Veugh)

Image
Hello everyone! Ova Veugh here and welcome to the debut episode of Claret Conversations. Usually, when you think of December, you envision cold weather. Select holidays. The savoring of good home-cooked meals. The exchange of presents. The gathering of people, singing, laughing and expressing what they are thankful for. However, people also desire warmth. I am excited to introduce two people who I deem Connoisseurs of Sensual Heat. One is known for his Syncopation of Ravishing Intensity. The other is well-known for her contemporary views on relationships and sexuality. Please give a warm welcome to Authors Adonis Mann and Synful Desire. Adonis and Desire, it is fantastic to have you as my first guests on Claret Conversations. Before we talk turkey about your latest joint project, I would like to offer you a choice of wine. Adonis: White, if you please. Desire: White, please. I will have a bit of hot apple cider myself. I never conduct interviews while tipsy. Okay, now that I have hande...

Let's Talk: All Authors

Image
Hello Awesome Visitors! Yes, I know it isn't Thursday, but who says that one can't talk on any other day? 😀 Today is the last day of May which also marks the last day of National Short Story Month. In case you haven't been around much, each member of the All Authors Family released a brand new short story. On top of that, it's yours to get for FREE. Let's do a recap, in case you missed it. To start off the month, my erotica partner in crime, Adonis Mann, debuted "Twin Flame Duplicity". Not too far behind was the Paranormal Princess C. Desert Rose with "Angelic Epiphany". Sneaking behind the pack was the Cryptic Enigma Da'Kharta Rising with an interesting dramedy based on current events in "Apocawhat?" Landing in the middle is Yours Truly with the comedy-erotic mashup "Brielle". Soon thereafter, we have Queen of Spades, documenting a race against time in "Finding My Heart". Last but certainly not least, the talen...

Let's Talk: ... and we (Adonis Mann Takeover)

Image
Though this was not the first story I'd ever written it was the first story I'd ever had published. "... and we" was my short story contribution to "Concordant Vibrancy: Unity" the very first book in the Concordant Vibrancy collection by All Authors Publishing House. I am particularly proud of this story, mostly because of the memories attached to it. It was the story that paved my way into the writing world. It gave me a name  in so many ways. Before "... and we" I was just Donny, the introverted gay man that no one knew, the loner that loved the written word but had no one to share that with. This story opened the door for me to not just achieve my life long dream, but connect with like-minded people. Amazingly talented writers that accepted me just as I was. For this, I will eternally be grateful to (1) All Authors Publishing House and its founders, and (2) "... and we". Blurb: Fierce decadence, blissful apex and eup...

Let's Talk: Let's Play on Valentine's Day (Adonis Mann Takeover)

Image
This happens to be a freebie that I do not much speak of. Truth be told, I'm not certain why I don't. This short story was written approximately 6 years ago on Valentine's Day. It was a spur of the moment, off the cusp tale that just came to me. It was short and sweet and a tiny bit erotic, but most importantly ... fun . In this little story, I dabbled with very light bondage. The sort that is meant for play and levity in a relationship, not as a sexual preference or fixation. I imagined a couple attempting to do something new on Valentine's Day thereby spicing up their every day sexual encounters with dalliance. Mirth, I find, in a relationship that may have become bland and repetitive can be just what the doctor ordered. This is the premise on which "Let's Play on Valentine's Day" was written. Blurb: Who doesn’t love a bit of kinky play on Valentine’s Day? Take a short and personal, yet ravishing trip to some eccentric wordpl...

Let's Talk: Twin Flame Duplicity (Adonis Mann Takeover)

Image
Greetings, Thank you for dropping by. I am grateful. ðŸ˜Š May marks the commencement of one of my preferred months; Short Story Month. For those of you who may know a little bit about me, I am very much a short story author. Short stories are my personal favorite as I find that when done properly they can deliver a great punch in a short amount of time. To celebrate Short Story Month the All Authors Publishing House Authors have come together to write freebies for all to enjoy throughout the month. As for me, it would be those who are inclined to my particular type of literature. ðŸ˜‰ In my time as an author, I've branched out, explored other genres, and discovered that I am not the type of writer that can be contained or defined by one thing. Initially, in my writing career, I believed that I was more of an LGBTQIA Sapiosexual Erotica author, however, in time I've found that I am many things. I encompass an expansion of genres, each one speaks about my soul and m...
