Keeping You Thirsty

Just lay back
Enjoy this mental ride.
Kick off your shoes
By all means, close your eyes
And lick your lips
While I prepare this drink;
Let me paint these pictures
As you start to think…

Picture you and me
Sitting on the beach
I’m modeling my brand new bikini,
Coconut oil in reach
And as I sweetly croon to you,
“Can you place this on my back?”
This scene suddenly dissolves,
Fizzle then fades to black.

No, don’t sit up,
Just give me another minute!
My, my, aren’t we impatient?
I haven’t even finished!

Now picture us on the road:
Luxury cars, high speed-
We’re going neck and neck;
You’re about to take the lead…
But then I glance over, wink,
Flash you my Oscar winning smile…
Before you know it, you’re seeing dust
As I advance you by a mile.
You hit the gas as fast as you can,
But then you swirl out of control!
Before you’re consumed by Fire’s heat,
The image ripples, then turns cold.

I place my hand on your chest,
Anticipating your next move.
Just stay with me a little while longer;
Don’t stop this mental groove!

Now we’re talking night lights!
Cuisine-exquisitely fine!
Everyone is modelesque:
Sharp, dressed to the nines!
Then, I step in the room,
Hair cascading down my back-
Dress with a deep slit on the side
And a low dip in the back.

And you’ve got to come closer….
So you make your way to the crowd,
Then a familiar jam starts playing
The people are getting loud!
I start swaying my hips
To the hypnotic beat,
But everyone’s on the floor now,
Making it hard for us to meet.

My legs and backside got the rhythm;
The music’s got me seduced.
I close my eyes, inner fire takes over;
My body begins to let loose
And just when you’ve made it and whisper,
“You’re doing that just for me?”
I avoid the contact, and walk away…
For the rest of the night,
I’m not to be seen.

And then you jolt awake,
Rock hard, yearning, thinking you’re worthy
I know you believe you’ll eventually get me
But all I’m doing is keeping you thirsty.
